Shanghai International Culture-Tech Industry Cluster (TCDIC) is the only National Level Industry Cluster in China, authorized by Ministry of Culture and Tourism, to advocate and facilitate international trade and collaboration for domestic and international business and artists who are working at the intersection of creativity and technology.
TCDIC is the leading author of industry standard for digital culture experience facilities.
It currently manages 5 Buildings at Putuo District to provide work space for companies at Culture-Tech Industry Cluster, develops 100 acres-land at Lin’gang Free Trade Zone, and offers various trade related business service to help the companies and artists at culture-tech industry grow, to discover innovative companies and technologies, accordingly to maximize the entire industry value.
