The No. 3 Document was issued in May 2020, mainly talking about China aims to connect content creation, content production, content distribution, content consumption offline and online in order to further booth the productivity of the culture industry and experience consumption. In the next five years, various cultural experience parks, experience space,s and experience zone will be built at the themed attractions, shopping malls, book stores, schools, public culture facilities and so on, with the market scale up to 6000 billion RMB.
The 14th five-year plan issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism indicates that immersive and interactive experiences shall be significantly developed. The government will fully encourage to integration cultural consumption into various experience centers. The government plans to encourage to build 200+ national level night consumption area, and improve 300 tourism sport digitally.
